The DMV has an enormous number of med spas - the challenge is telling the competent clinical ones from the places with nice lighting and undertrained injectors.
The injector matters more than the spa itself. Ask specifically who will be doing your treatment - is it an MD, a PA, an RN, or an aesthetician? For neurotoxins and fillers, you want a medical provider with real anatomy training. Complications from improperly placed filler can be serious. A good injector is also honest about what will and won't make a visible difference.
Botox runs $12-$18 per unit in the DMV, typically 20-50 units per area. Filler runs $600-$1,200 per syringe. Avoid deals and Groupons for injectables - it usually means diluted product or inexperienced providers. Ask to see before/after photos of the actual injector's patients, not stock photos.
